K 2019

Styrenics Circular Solutions (SCS) is delighted to present our K 2019 event.

True Circularity.

Food Contact.

Powered by Styrenics.

Where game-changing technologies meet regional collection & sorting.

The event will be a panel discussion starting at 2.30pm on Thursday, 17 October 2019 and will be followed by dialogue forum.

The panel discussion will tackle the unique capacity of polystyrene for full circularity due to its intrinsic ability to be easily recycled back to its original monomer. Recyclates meet the highest quality demands and are suitable even for food contact. We will analyse where our industry is on the path to implementing and scaling up our game-changing recycling technologies, as well as opportunities in linking regional post-consumer feedstocks and the challenges to be overcome.

The dialogue forum that will follow the panel discussion will be an opportunity for our guests to circulate and hear directly from major players from all along the value chain.

Agenda:

  • Panel discussion with speakers:
    • Jens Kathmann, Secretary-General, Styrenics Circular Solutions
    • Jocelyn Doucet, CEO, Pyrowave
